Host/Server/Bartender

Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Host/Server. As a Host/Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests. Your main responsibilities will include greeting and seating guests, taking food and drink orders, and ensuring a positive dining experience for all patrons.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
- Seat guests and provide them with menus
- Take accurate food and drink orders
- Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of meals
- Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions about the menu
- Upsell additional items such as desserts or specialty drinks
- Ensure tables are clean and properly set before seating guests
- Monitor dining areas for cleanliness and address any issues promptly
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth service flow
- Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or complaints

Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the food industry
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
