Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, reliable Host / Server to join our team. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This position may involve both hosting and serving duties depending on business needs.

Responsibilities

Host Duties:

• Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming first impression
• Manage seating and waitlists to ensure smooth guest flow
• Answer phone calls and assist with reservations and guest inquiries
• Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house and waiting area
• Assist with takeout orders and front counter operations

Server Duties:

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Provide menu knowledge and make recommendations when needed
• Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner
• Check on guests throughout their dining experience
• Clear and reset tables promptly
• Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions accurately

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience preferred, but not required (training provided)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays is a plus
