Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and friendly Host/To Go team member to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensure smooth, efficient takeout service. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional guest service both in person and over the phone. Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, making them feel valued and comfortable
• Manage the To Go orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely preparation
• Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism, providing menu information and taking orders
• Use POS systems such as Aloha POS to process transactions accurately
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand and order pickup area
• Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions, concerns, or special requests with enthusiasm and care

Requirements

• Previous experience as a host/hostess or in food service is preferred but not required
• Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Familiarity with Aloha POS is a plus
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent phone etiquette and guest service skills
• Hospitality or restaurant experience is highly desirable
• Ability to stand, walk, and remain energetic throughout shifts

Pay: $15.15 - $19.00 per hour
