Job Summary:

Join our team as a Delivery Driver and Meal Production Assistant and play a vital role in ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to our valued customers. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for transporting goods efficiently and safely to designated locations. We are looking for a reliable individual who is committed to providing exceptional customer service through prompt and professional deliveries.

Duties:

- Safely operate delivery vehicles, including refrigerated trailers, to transport goods to customers' locations.

- Load and unload merchandise manual heavy lifting.

- Ensure the accurate and timely delivery of products while maintaining the quality of goods during transportation.

- Provide excellent customer service by interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner during deliveries.

- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations to guarantee the safety of both yourself and other road users.

- Keep delivery vehicles clean and well-maintained, reporting any maintenance issues promptly.

- Collaborate with meal production staff to ensure accurate picking and packing of orders for delivery.

- Maintain delivery and cleaning logs and documentation accurately for record-keeping purposes.

Experience:

- Prior experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role is advantageous.

- Ability to handle various types of delivery vehicles.

- Strong customer service skills with a focus on professionalism and courtesy.

- Capability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with loading and unloading merchandise.

- Proficient navigation skills and knowledge of local routes to ensure timely deliveries.
