WITH G-TUBE FEEDING AND WOUND CARE EXPERIENCE!

LOCATION: SMITHFIELD, GARNER AND APEX

Home Care Agency is looking for the very best caring, compassionate professionals to become part of our team to provide exceptional care. We are looking to hire highly qualified, dependable and experienced LPN’s to provide care to patients in their homes.

Responsibilities:

• Wound Care and G-Tube Feeding Management
• Provide one-on-one direct care in the home Investigates and resolves patient/family member concerns regarding patient care
  
• Ensures the highest quality of care is provided to patients by reviewing documentation
• Observe, assess, documents and reports patient response to treatment
• Medication administration and management
• Experience with proper documentation of skilled nursing care in home health
• Understands Dr’s order to complete in-home skilled nursing care
• Observe, assess, documents and reports patient response to in-home treatment
• Investigates and resolves patient/family member concerns regarding patient care
• Ensures the highest quality of care is provided to patients by reviewing documentation

Minimum Qualifications:

• Wound Care and G-Tube Feeding Management experience required.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

• Prior home care experience preferred but not required

• Current BLS Certification

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done

• Reliable Transportation

Physical Demands:
