Job Title: Hot Section Chef
Location: Al Ain, UAE

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Hot Section Chef to join our team. As a Hot Section Chef, you will play a vital role in preparing and cooking our signature steaks and hot dishes to perfection. If you have experience working with high-quality ingredients, a strong passion for cooking, and an eye for detail, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook steaks, grill items, and other hot dishes according to restaurant standards and guest specifications.
• Ensure all hot dishes are cooked and presented to the highest quality, maintaining consistency and attention to detail.
• Manage the hot section efficiently, ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained and stocked.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
• Monitor food safety standards and maintain a clean, organized workstation.
• Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to develop and execute menu specials and seasonal offerings.
• Assist with training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Hot Section Chef or Grill Chef in a high-end steakhouse or similar establishment.
• Strong knowledge of steak cuts, grilling techniques, and cooking temperatures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A passion for high-quality food and creating an exceptional dining experience.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Culinary diploma or equivalent qualification is a plus.
• Must currently reside in Al Ain, UAE.
