We are seeking an energetic and passionate Hot Tone & Sculpt Yoga Teacher to inspire and motivate our vibrant fitness community. Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging Hot Tone & Sculpt Yoga classes that blend traditional yoga principles with strength training and body sculpting techniques.
- Create a safe, motivating environment by demonstrating proper body mechanics, alignment, and breathing techniques.
- Provide clear verbal cues and hands-on assists (when appropriate)
- Educate students on physiology, anatomy, and the benefits of body mechanics to promote safe practice and injury prevention.
- Adapt classes to accommodate different skill levels, ensuring all participants feel challenged yet supported.
- Promote the studio’s programs and memberships through enthusiastic communication and excellent group fitness teaching skills.
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive class environment.
- Arrive early to greet students and build community.
- Maintain studio standards and uphold class quality.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in group fitness instruction, with a strong background in yoga, Pilates, or dance-based fitness.
- Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics essential for designing safe and effective classes.
- Certifications in yoga instruction are required; additional certifications in CrossFit, Pilates, or sports coaching are a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to teach high-energy classes that motivate diverse groups of participants.
- Strong communication skills with a passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals.
- Previous experience teaching hot yoga and/or sculpt-style classes.
- CPR/AED certified.
- Strong understanding of anatomy and safe movement principles.
- High-energy, positive, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to teach in a heated environment (90–100 degrees).
- Availability for early mornings, evenings, or weekends.
Pay: $55.00 - $103.00 per hour
