Roles & Responsbilities:
- Controlling the payroll
- Producing an accurate set of month-end accounts, with comparisons to forecasts and previous periods
- Preparing profit and loss accounts and the balance sheet for senior management
- Assisting in preparing budgets and business planning, including projected room revenue
- Reconciling bank statements
- Ensuring legislation is followed regarding GST and Other Taxes
- Chasing late payments, reporting bad debts and keeping a careful eye on the cash flow.
- Prepare monthly financial statements for assigned hotel in collaboration with the property and corporate controller.
- Reconcile balance sheet on a monthly basis.
- Daily bank reconciliation.
- Daily review of all revenues (hotel, food and beverage, etc.) and post in the general ledger.
- Review of daily revenue and labor reports.
- Weekly accounts payable invoice, payment processing and review.
Keys & Skills:
- 2-3 years of related experience in accounts receivables and group billing
- Required IDS software skills.
- Hospitality expertise highly preferred.
- Accountancy skills, ideally honed in a hospitality environment
- Data processing skills, including spreadsheet packages
- Analytical and communication skills

Pay: ₹17,200.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
