Hotel Shuttle Driver (Multiple Shifts Available)

Location: Courtyard by Marriott - Albuquerque Airport
Position Type: Part-Time (24-32 hours per week)

Shifts Available:

• AM: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• PM: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Night: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

We are seeking 2–3 dependable, service-oriented team members to join our hotel operations team as Shuttle Drivers. This is a guest-facing role that combines transportation, hospitality support, and property assistance depending on shift.

Our ideal candidates are friendly, safety-focused, and enjoy helping guests while working in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Primary Responsibilities (All Shifts)

• Safely transport hotel guests to and from the airport and other approved locations
• Provide excellent customer service and a welcoming first/last impression
• Assist guests with luggage
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the shuttle vehicle
• Communicate clearly with the front desk regarding guest pickups and drop-offs

Shift-Specific Duties AM Shift – Shuttle Driver / Houseperson

• Support housekeeping and operations with:
• Linen delivery and removal
• Public area upkeep
• Assisting with room attendant needs
• Help maintain lobby and common areas

PM Shift – Shuttle Driver / Bistro & Front Desk Support

• Assist with Bistro/Food & Beverage operations:
• Light food prep or service support
• Guest service in dining area
• Support front desk during busy periods
• F&B or bartending experience is a strong plus

Night Shift – Shuttle Driver / Security Support

• Conduct scheduled property security walks
• Monitor building entrances and public areas
• Report maintenance or safety concerns
• Provide late-night guest assistance as needed

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Must meet company insurability requirements
• Ability to lift luggage (up to 60 lbs)
• Strong guest service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Hospitality experience preferred
