Assistant General Manager – Courtyard by Marriott, Roseville, MN

We’re looking for a motivated and dependable Assistant General Manager to join our team at the Courtyard by Marriott in Roseville, MN.

Position Details:

• Full-Time

• Schedule: Mostly 4:00 PM – 12:00 Midnight

• Salary: $40k - $54K

• Weekends and holidays required

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of hotel supervisory/management experience required

Essential Job Expectations:

• Assist in hiring, developing, inspiring and leading your team to achieve budgeted revenues and profitability
• Assist in hiring, developing, inspiring and leading your team to exceed every guests expectations
• Work closely with the General Manager to achieve or exceed expectations
• Clearly communicate expectations to all associates, holding yourself and other accountable
• Operate the hotel as if it was your own
• Assist in providing a safe, healthy environment for all guests and associates
• Assure that your daily actions and decision making reflects TPIs nine core values
