<Duties>
- Oversee all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations.
- Lead and supervise hotel staff, fostering a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and outstanding customer service.
- Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return.
- Implement revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy rates and profitability through dynamic pricing and promotional initiatives.
- Coordinate with human resources on staff recruitment, training programs, performance evaluations, and scheduling to maintain a motivated team.
- Monitor budgeting processes, control expenses, and analyze financial reports to meet or exceed financial targets.
- Oversee night audit procedures and ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Utilize multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette to handle reservations, inquiries, and internal communications efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of guest services by supervising front desk operations and ensuring smooth check-in/check-out processes.
- Support resort-specific activities such as special events or guest engagement programs to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
<Qualifications>
- Proven supervising experience within the hospitality industry or hotel management roles.
- Strong background in hospitality management with comprehensive knowledge of hotel operations and guest services.
