Hotel Bartender - Part-Time

Job description:

This is a Part-Time position (less than 30 hours a week), for which we are looking to hire a candidate who has availability to work on weekends, evenings, nights, and Holidays.

Schedule:

Between 04:45 PM - 10:15 PM or 01:00 AM. (Hours may vary based on business needs and operations workload)

WHO YOU ARE

You are part of the Restaurant Team. You are at least 21 years of age (to serve alcohol and obtain a Class 12 Alcohol Server Permit as required by Washington State law) and would like to work evenings, nights, weekends and holidays. You are paid hourly plus tips. You are tasked with welcoming and serving our guests in the Chuckanut Bar and Grill, making sure that they are comfortable and enjoying not only food and beverages but their entire hotel experience. You ensure that from front to back, the restaurant operation is clean and presentable. If you don not have food handlers card and your alcohol server training certificate we will help you obtain them. You hold safety in high regard, protecting against slips and falls, proper food handling and responsible alcohol serving. You wear a genuine smile and proactively engage guests in conversation, keeping an ear tuned to ways that you can turn poor experiences around and communicating with the rest of the hotel to keep service standards consistently high throughout each guest’s stay.
