Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up breakfast buffet stations, ensuring all items are fresh, appealing, and properly stocked throughout service hours (5 hours total: 1 hr for prep, breakfast distribution, and 1 hr for clean up) (generally between the hours of 5am-11am) (hours may vary)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and serving stations
• Serve food and beverages with professionalism and friendliness, assisting guests as needed to enhance their dining experience
• Follow food safety protocols diligently, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures
• Replenish supplies such as utensils, napkins, condiments, and beverages to ensure seamless service
• Assist with food preparation tasks when necessary, including slicing fruits or assembling simple dishes
• Monitor dietary restrictions and special requests to accommodate guest needs effectively

Experience

• Prior experience in fine dining or food service environments is highly desirable
• Background in customer service or hospitality roles that involve serving guests with professionalism and warmth
• Experience with food preparation, catering, or banquet service is a plus
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
• Barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation can be beneficial
• Previous work in the food industry or restaurant setting demonstrates strong teamwork and adaptability
• Dietary aide or catering experience adds valuable insight into specialized guest needs
