Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for food, strong cooking fundamentals, and the ability to thrive in a high-paced, detail-oriented kitchen environment. You will work closely with the Head Chef and other team members to prepare and execute dishes that meet our high standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
As a vital part of our kitchen brigade, you will be responsible for prepping ingredients, maintaining a clean and organized station, and ensuring smooth service during busy shifts. This role is perfect for someone with a solid foundation in culinary techniques and a desire to grow within a professional kitchen.

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient operation and high-quality food preparation.
- Develop and execute innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while meeting customer preferences.
- Oversee inventory control, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels to minimize waste.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff in cooking techniques, food safety practices, and restaurant management.
- Collaborate with the dietary department to accommodate special dietary needs or restrictions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area to promote a safe working environment.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Chef in a fine dining restaurant or similar establishment.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen management, and restaurant operations.
- Experience in supervising kitchen staff and leading a team effectively.
- Familiarity with inventory control practices and cost management within the kitchen setting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
