Position: Hotel Contracting Manager – Istanbul Hotels

Location: Istanbul (office-based or hybrid)

Reports to: Regional Director, Turkiye

• Develop and maintain hotel contracts (4–5 star properties) in Istanbul and nearby regions.
• Negotiate rates, allotments, offers, and marketing contributions with hoteliers.
• Manage and analyze Channel Manager connections (experience with RateTiger, Dingus, HotelRunner, Siteminder, etc. is essential).
• Coordinate with Head Office (Spain) for rate loading, XML integrations, and system updates.
• Prepare detailed performance and pricing reports (weekly/monthly).
• Ensure data accuracy in Juniper and other distribution systems (Juniper knowledge is an advantage).
• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and optimize profitability.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel contracting or revenue management.
• Strong understanding of Channel Managers and Extranet systems .
• Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
• Analytical mindset and excellent negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with multinational teams.
