Corporate Sales Manager – Mumbai (Female preferred)

10 - 12 years

As Corporate Sales Manager, they will play a pivotal role in driving business growth for our dedicated hospitality division. They will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with corporate clients and generating sales revenue for our hotel properties. Candidate should have good corporate tie ups.

Job description

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the corporate segment

- Negotiate and close contracts with corporate clients and travel agents

- Manage and maintain existing accounts and ensure customer satisfaction

- Conduct sales presentations & visiting corporate offices

- Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities

- Prepare sales reports and forecasts

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and service delivery

- Attend trade shows, events, and networking activities

Required Candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, marketing, or related field

- Minimum 10 to 12 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in the hospitality industry

- Able to handle a team & get the work done from them.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

- Strong network and connections in the corporate segment

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficient in MS Office and IDS software

- Willing to travel frequently and work flexible hours

- Well groomed & Pleasing Personality

- Age upto 35 - 40 Years
