HOTEL DAY SPA Front Desk Receptionist

Now Hiring: Receptionist (Full or Part-Time) – Heaven on Earth Salon & Day Spa

Heaven on Earth Salon & Day Spa has been a local favorite for over 30 years on the island of Oahu, with two locations in Honolulu and Waikiki. We are currently seeking a friendly, reliable front desk receptionist to join our team at the Waikiki location.

Responsibilities include:

• Answering phones and scheduling appointments
• Checking clients in/out and processing payments
• Performing laundry duties from spa services
• Assisting with inventory counts
• Light opening/closing cleaning tasks

Ideal candidates will have:

• A positive attitude and strong customer service skills
• Mid-level computer knowledge (our booking software is straightforward but essential!)
• The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, it can get busy with multiple guests checking in/out at the same time.

Bonus: If you’re licensed in esthetics, massage, or nails, we welcome dual-role applicants who can also perform spa services!
