What is Task Force with Carver
Task force is short term staffing for Hotels in need. Hotels come to us when they have a void to fill immediately. We onboard professionals with the necessary experience too help these hotels in need. We like to call it "Plug and Play" because you will not be trained when you go out on these assignments and you are expected to come in, and take charge of your position. Task force is a great opportunity to build your own name, brand, and portfolio. It is a perfect way to fast track your hotel hospitality career.
Assignments are 3 weeks at a time with the option to extend, move on to another assignment, or take a break! You would be a 1099 contractor, so you work for yourself but are represented by the #1 task force company in North America, Carver. We offer very competitive pay and there will be no training therefore strong experience is necessary. We call it 'plug and play. Do you think you have what it takes?
Whats needed:
Qualified maintenance tech to help with preventive maintenance/help getting renovated rooms back in order.
Determines the most effective means for an organization to use capital, equipment, energy, facilities, information, material, people, and other assets to make a product or service.
Plans utilization of facilities, equipment, materials, and personnel to improve efficiency of operations.
Studies product or service and its requirements, using mathematical methods such as operations research, to meet those requirements and design manufacturing and information systems.
Designs management control systems to aid in financial planning and cost analysis.
Reviews functional statements, organization charts, and project information to determine functions and responsibilities of workers and work units and to identify areas of duplication.0-3 Years of Experience
