Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
• Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and routing calls appropriately.
• Handle guest requests, complaints, and inquiries with a positive attitude, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to provide expert recommendations.
• Conduct night audits to reconcile daily transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing and reporting.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly.
• Uphold phone etiquette standards and guest relations protocols to foster a welcoming environment.

Skills

• Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests.
• Strong customer service skills with an energetic approach to guest interactions.
• Familiarity with hotel management software and multi-line phone systems.
• Knowledge of guest services, hotel management principles, and resort operations.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
• Ability to handle night audit procedures accurately while maintaining composure during busy periods.
