Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression
• Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using hotel management software
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and proactive solutions
• Operate multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to assist callers promptly
• Maintain accurate reservation records, cancellations, and modifications in the system
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready and well-maintained
• Conduct night audits to reconcile daily transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing and reports
• Manage guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction

Skills

• Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and relationship building
• Knowledge of hotel management systems and reservation software is highly desirable
• Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and multi-line phone system operation
• Ability to handle night audit procedures accurately while maintaining attention to detail
• Familiarity with hospitality industry standards, guest services, and hotel operations
• Adaptability to a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
