Hotel Front Desk Agent

NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE!!!!

Immediate opening for a Hotel Front Desk Agent at Country Inn & Suites AND Comfort Suites in Wilson, NC. Must have a flexible schedule. Must be available to work some 1st (7am to 3pm) but mainly 2nd shift (3pm to 11pm) 3 to 4 days a week. Working weekends is a must. Shifts and hours will vary from week to week.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in a customer service environment
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
• Works well independently or as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Commitment to exceptional guest service
• Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude when handling all situations
• Adhere to the policies and procedures of the hotel
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends
• Working knowledge of computer and math skills
• Ability to walk, stand, bend as needed

Experience with Choice Advantage a plus but not required.
