Hotel Front Desk Agent

Hotel 116 is seeking an outgoing, professional, and energetic Front Desk Representative to be the first person who greets our guests when they arrive at our hotel.

This position is responsible for providing guest satisfaction while attending to guest needs such as check-in/check-out, taking reservations, cash handling and answering guest questions and needs.

The ideal candidate will work easily in a fast-paced environment while being able to multitask and be TEAM oriented.

* We do background check( Criminal record.)

* Previous customer service experience required.

* Previous hotel experience preferred but NOT required.

* Previous experience as a Hotel Night Auditor is a PLUS.

* Able to work some weekends and Holidays.

* PM shift ( 2pm~10pm or 3pm~11pm)

AM shift ( 6am~2pm or 7am~3pm)

* Part-Time(16~ 30 HRS/ week) or Full-Time ( 30~40 HRS/ week)

* Weekends Only Okay. ( able to work some weekdays during training period.)

* Hourly Rate start at $20.50 and up to $21.50 (DOE)

* WA State sick leave for all employee.

* Employee Rate when staying at other Coast Properties.
