Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and professional front desk service during night hours
  • Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using hotel management software
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and a positive attitude, ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Conduct night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions accurately
  • Maintain clear communication with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to ensure guest needs are met promptly
  • Operate multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to assist callers and direct inquiries appropriately
  • Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications while optimizing room availability and occupancy levels
  • Uphold hotel policies and procedures related to guest services, safety, and security protocols
  • Assist with guest relations by providing local information, amenities details, and personalized recommendations

Experience

  • Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and night audit processes is a plus
  • Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences
  • Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette and ability to handle multi-line phone systems
  • Knowledge of resort or hotel environments enhances ability to meet guest expectations in a hospitality setting
  • Experience in guest relations or hotel experience that demonstrates hospitality management capabilities
