Hotel Front Desk Associate

Come join our team at the beautiful newly renovated Bentley Hotel located in Southampton!

We are looking to hire a Front Desk Associate. Full and Part Time shifts available.

** PLEASE note: This NOT a seasonal position. We are open year round.

The Front Desk Associate is responsible for promoting hospitality by welcoming guests in a courteous and friendly manner.

Responsibilities include:

-Provide a positive overall Guest experience for our guests at our Boutique hotel.

-Provide the highest quality of service at all times.

-Promptly and effectively deal with guest's requests and inquiries.

-Check Guests in and out of the Hotel in a courteous manner.

-Make confirm and cancel Guest reservations as requested.

-Assist all Guests efficiently and professionally in all Guest Service related functions to maintain the highest level of service standards and hospitality.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
