Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, take reservations, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
  • Provide outstanding guest services by addressing requests, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay
  • Maintain guest relations by offering personalized assistance, promoting hotel services, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are prepared and facilities are in top condition.
  • Uphold phone etiquette standards and professional communication at all times to enhance guest experience.

Skills

  • Proven experience in hotel front desk operations with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Knowledge of hotel management systems and reservation software.
  • Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems confidently.
  • Strong guest relations skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
