Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our commitment to hospitality excellence
• Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using hotel management software
• Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude
• Operate multi-line phone systems to answer reservations, inquiries, and coordinate guest services
• Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details
• Assist with night audit responsibilities to reconcile daily transactions and ensure financial accuracy
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation options to enhance guest experiences

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred
• Bilingual or multilingual skills highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Knowledge of hotel management systems and front desk software is a plus
• Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently
• Previous hotel experience or resort background is advantageous
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed for night audit shifts or peak times
