Hotel Front Desk Clerk

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Hotel Front Desk Clerk to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Shifts Available: 3PM - 11PM Full or part time, must work weekends

Duties

  • Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
  • Manage the check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy in guest information.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain an organized front desk area, including managing reservations and maintaining records.
  • Operate multi-line phone systems to assist guests with inquiries or requests.
  • Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities to enhance the guest experience.

Skills

  • A background in hospitality or hotels is required.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
  • Proficiency in phone etiquette and experience with multi-line phone systems.
  • Previous hotel experience is required, particularly in front desk or guest services roles.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing reservations and guest information.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
