Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
  • Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience, empathy, and proactive solutions.
  • Process reservations accurately via phone, online platforms, or in person, ensuring all details are correct.
  • Maintain guest records and update information promptly to support seamless guest experiences.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and ensure room readiness.
  • Conduct night audits when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Uphold excellent phone etiquette while managing multiple lines to assist guests and internal departments effectively.
  • Promote hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance guest satisfaction and engagement.
  • Support guest relations initiatives by fostering a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits.

Skills

  • Strong background in hospitality management with experience in hotel front desk operations. IHG Experience a plus
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and problem resolution.
  • Knowledge of hotel management systems, reservation software, and multi-line phone systems.
  • Experience with night audit procedures and financial reconciliation processes.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with resort or hotel environments, understanding hospitality standards and guest expectations. Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
