- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest stay
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly with a solution-oriented approach
- Maintain accurate records of guest details, billing information, and special requests
- Assist with night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure data accuracy
- Uphold phone etiquette standards when communicating with guests and vendors
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to fulfill guest needs swiftly
- Promote hotel services and amenities to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue opportunities
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest interactions positively
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse clientele effectively
- Excellent communication skills, including professional phone etiquette and multi-line phone system proficiency
- Knowledge of hotel management software systems and night audit procedures preferred
- Previous hotel experience emphasizing guest relations and front desk responsibilities is advantageous
- Ability to remain energetic, attentive, and organized during busy shifts, including overnight hours if needed
