Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, check them in efficiently, and handle all front desk transactions with professionalism.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and provide accurate information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Assist guests with special requests, reservations, and check-out procedures to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Conduct night audit procedures, including balancing accounts and preparing reports to maintain accurate financial records.
- Maintain guest relations by resolving issues quickly and courteously, ensuring a positive experience every time.
- Uphold phone etiquette standards and ensure all guest interactions reflect our commitment to excellent customer service.
- Support hotel management with administrative tasks related to guest services, reservations, and front desk operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk roles, with a strong focus on guest services.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to assist diverse guests effectively.
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures is preferred.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor.
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems professionally while maintaining composure during busy periods.
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest relations expertise.
