Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression through friendly and professional customer service.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, answering inquiries and directing calls with excellent phone etiquette.
  • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs swiftly while verifying reservations and processing payments accurately.
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, dining options, and transportation services to enhance guest experiences.
  • Assist guests with special requests, including room changes, concierge services, and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, reservations, and incident reports to ensure seamless operations.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to address guest needs and uphold high standards of hospitality.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a resort or hotel environment.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally.
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our international clientele effectively.
  • Knowledge of hospitality management principles, including night audit procedures and guest relations strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette and multi-line phone system operation.
  • Ability to remain energetic, attentive, and organized during busy shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Prior experience in hotel experience or front desk roles is preferred; familiarity with hotel management software is a plus. Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
