We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Manager. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.

```Responsibilities```
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Manage and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Coordinate mail distribution and courier services
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products or services
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction

```Skills```
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Proficiency in operating phone systems and handling multiple phone lines
- Experience as a personal assistant or clerk is preferred
- Strong project coordination skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in written communications
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist is a plus
- Knowledge of proper phone etiquette and professional communication skills
- Familiarity with medical office procedures is advantageous
- Proficiency in using Google Suite or similar office software
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to computerized systems
