Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing information and directing calls appropriately
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a positive attitude to ensure guest satisfaction
- Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, verifying billing accuracy and preparing reports for management
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, guest accounts, and room assignments using hotel management software
- Uphold phone etiquette standards and provide excellent customer service at all times
- Assist with guest services such as providing local information, coordinating special requests, and ensuring a smooth stay
- Support front desk operations during busy periods or staff shortages to ensure seamless service delivery
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a resort or hotel environment
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles and guest relations best practices
- Experience with night audit procedures and hotel management systems preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette skills and familiarity with multi-line phone systems required
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly while maintaining professionalism and hospitality standards
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment that demands attention to detail and multitasking skills
