Duties
- Lead and supervise all hotel departments including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance to ensure seamless operations.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize revenue and profitability through effective revenue management techniques.
- Oversee guest services and relations to ensure high levels of satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
- Manage human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development to build a motivated team.
- Monitor budgeting processes, control costs, and optimize resource allocation to meet financial goals.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, hotel policies, and industry standards across all departments.
- Maintain excellent communication with staff and guests via multi-line phone systems while demonstrating proper phone etiquette.
- Conduct night audits and oversee front desk operations to guarantee accuracy in billing and guest records.
- Promote a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, leadership growth, and exceptional customer service.
- Foster guest relations by creating memorable experiences that encourage repeat visits and positive reviews.
Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience within the hospitality or hotel management industry.
- Strong background in hotel management with comprehensive knowledge of hospitality operations.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Experience in revenue management, budgeting, human resources, and hotel financials.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance guest interactions across diverse populations.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with front desk operations, night audit procedures, multi-line phone systems, and phone etiquette.
- Previous resort or hotel experience preferred for understanding the nuances of luxury hospitality environments.
