Core Requirements

  • Minimum of two years in hotel experience, one year of personnel management.
  • Proficient in English, both verbal and written.
  • Commitment to signing non-disclosure and non-compete agreements.
  • Availability for weekend and holiday shifts based on business demands.
  • Expertise in data analysis tools and spreadsheets.
  • Experience with journal entries, accruals, and financial statements.
  • Ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Champion the execution of operations across departments Food & Beverage, Events, Front Desk, Housekeeping, and more.
  • Inspire and guide department heads through mentorship and support.
  • Ensure seamless communication between hotel departments and corporate executives.
  • Drive hotel revenue and maximize profits through strategic leadership.
  • Be the hotel's Brand Champion and Culture Ambassador.

Specific Duties

  • Uphold integrity and a positive work environment while adhering to company procedures.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Oversee maintenance and quality control programs.
  • Lead regular meetings with department heads to ensure alignment on goals and objectives.
  • Manage administrative processes related to inventory, staffing, and budgeting.
  • Analyze hotel performance to enhance service and operational efficiency.
  • Engage with local community organizations to maintain the hotel’s esteemed reputation.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor insights.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
