Hotel Gift Shop Cashier

The Quality Hotel & Suites at the Falls is looking for friendly, positive and outgoing individuals to join our team! We are seeking to hire Part-Time Cashiers to serve our customer’s and guest’s needs while providing exceptional customer service. Job Requirements:

• Provide excellent customer service greeting all guests and customers
• Good verbal and communication skills
• Basic computer skills and/or register experience
• Understanding of store functions and operations
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work individually or as a team
• Will be required to open and/or close the store
• Maintains the appearance of the store at all times
• Basic knowledge of tourist sites and destinations in and around the falls
• Assisting in putting deliveries away
• Stocking and restocking shelves with merchandise
• Maintains knowledge of products and services offered by the Company
• Performs sales transactions
• Complies with safe money handling procedures and secure transaction practices
• Completes other duties as assigned by Management
• Assisting in inventories as needed
• Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift, push or pull up to 50lbs

Open Availability – REQUIRED based on Hotel seasonal needs
Monday-Friday (all shifts), Weekends, Holidays

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.05 per hour

Shift:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Morning shift
• Night shift

Experience:

• Retail customer service: 2 years (Required)
