Hotel Groundskeeping/Maintenance Worker

Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Hotel Groundskeeping and Maintenance Worker to ensure the pristine appearance and optimal functionality of our hotel grounds and facilities. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining outdoor landscapes, performing routine minor repairs, and supporting overall property upkeep to create a welcoming environment for our guests and staff. Your energetic approach and technical expertise will help uphold the high standards of cleanliness, safety, and aesthetic appeal that define our property.

Duties

• Maintain landscaped areas clean and enhance curb appeal.
• Perform routine inspections of indoor, outdoor facilities, including pathways, parking lots, fencing, and lighting to identify maintenance needs.
• Manage facilities maintenance tasks such as painting guest rooms, public areas, fixing plumbing issues, or replacing fixtures to ensure safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or groundskeeping with a strong mechanical knowledge base.
• Ability to operate tools such as screwdriver, drill, ohmmeters for electrical testing and perform painting with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills in English; capable of following instructions clearly and documenting work accurately.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
