A 5-star luxury hotel in Kuwait is seeking a Guest Service Officer to manage the hotel's telecommunications and guest call center, ensuring prompt and professional handling of all guest calls and requests.
- Answer and route incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Handle guest requests, wake-up calls, and inquiries via phone
- Coordinate with relevant departments to fulfill guest requests
- Maintain accurate logs of calls and guest requests
- Ensure a high standard of phone etiquette at all times
- Arabic and English languages
- Clear communication skills and professional phone manner
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
Arabic-speaking countries: Jordan, Palestine, Algeria, Tunisia, Mauritania — plus GCC nationals already based in-country (Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, UAE). Morocco can be considered only for female candidates aged 40+.
