The Grand Resort & Spa, the largest gay resort in Florida, is hiring an experienced Hotel Front Desk Agent / Guest Service Representative in Fort Lauderdale.

We are seeking hospitality professionals with prior hotel or resort front desk experience who can deliver exceptional guest service in a high-volume environment.

This is a full-time, on-site hospitality role ideal for candidates with experience as a:

• Hotel Front Desk Agent
• Guest Service Representative
• Hotel Receptionist
• Resort Front Desk Associate
• Hospitality Customer Service Agent

Pay and Schedule:
$17 per hour
Full-time hours
Must be flexible and available seven days per week

Available shifts:

• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

No overnight shift required.

Weekend and holiday availability is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Perform hotel check-in and check-out procedures
• Provide outstanding guest service and resolve concerns professionally
• Manage reservations and maintain accurate guest records
• Process payments and handle billing transactions
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
• Answer multi-line phones and respond to guest inquiries
• Maintain front desk organization and cleanliness
• Support daily front office operations in a fast-paced resort setting

Requirements

• Previous hotel front desk or resort experience required
• Experience using hotel PMS systems preferred
• Strong hospitality and customer service skills
• Professional communication and phone etiquette
• Ability to multitask in a busy hotel environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
