Hotel & Hospitality Management Trainer

Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Hotel & Hospitality Management Trainer for our institute. The candidate will be responsible for teaching students enrolled in the one-year Hotel Management diploma/course and preparing them for professional careers in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver lectures and practical training in Hotel & Hospitality Management

Teach subjects related to Front Office Operations, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage Service, Customer Service, and Hotel Operations

Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments

Guide students in professional grooming and communication skills

Maintain classroom discipline and student progress records

Conduct practical activities and industry-oriented training sessions

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hotel/Hospitality Management

Previous teaching or hotel industry experience preferred

Good communication and presentation skills

Ability to manage and train students professionally

Computer knowledge and report writing skills will be an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
