• Perform floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to maintain spotless surfaces throughout the hotel.
• Restock amenities like toiletries, towels, linens, and other supplies to ensure guest comfort and convenience.
• Maintain cleanliness in public areas including lobbies, hallways, elevators, restrooms, and dining spaces to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Follow established safety procedures during cleaning activities and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly.
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold property standards.
• Adhere to hotel policies regarding confidentiality and guest privacy while delivering exceptional custodial service.

Skills

• Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services within a hospitality or industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and floor polishing.
• Familiarity with hotel operations and hospitality standards enhances service quality.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and moving furniture or equipment as needed.
