Duties

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, floors, furniture, and fixtures to ensure a spotless environment.
• Perform detailed floor care tasks such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining cleanliness in hallways and common areas.
• Restock amenities like towels, toiletries, linens, and other supplies to meet guest needs efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of public spaces including lobbies, elevators, stairwells, restrooms, and dining areas to uphold hotel standards.
• Conduct routine inspections of assigned areas to identify maintenance issues or safety hazards and report them promptly.
• Use industrial cleaning equipment safely and effectively to ensure high-quality results across all surfaces.
• Follow health and safety guidelines diligently while managing custodial tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

• Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial services is highly preferred; familiarity with hospitality standards is a plus.
• Proven skills in cleaning techniques, floor care, and industrial cleaning equipment operation.
• Experience working within janitorial or custodial roles in commercial or hospitality settings demonstrates reliability and professionalism.
• Knowledge of hotel operations or housekeeping management practices enhances your ability to meet guest expectations effectively.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.
