Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas following established protocols
• Change bed linens, towels, and replenish amenities to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction
• Perform floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning to maintain a spotless environment
• Handle janitorial tasks such as waste removal, surface cleaning, and disinfecting high-touch areas to promote hygiene
• Conduct routine inspections of rooms and common spaces to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards
• Use industrial cleaning equipment effectively for deep cleaning projects when necessary
• Maintain cleanliness logs and report any damages or maintenance issues promptly to management

Qualifications

• Prior experience in hotel housekeeping, custodial work, or janitorial services is highly preferred
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and use of industrial cleaning tools
• Strong understanding of hospitality standards and customer service principles
• Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that require standing, bending, lifting, and extended periods of movement
• Experience in housekeeping management is a plus but not required
