Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting surfaces, vacuuming carpets, and replenishing amenities to uphold high standards of cleanliness.
• Maintain the cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and dining spaces to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Perform floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, polishing, and carpet cleaning to preserve the appearance and safety of all surfaces.
• Handle janitorial duties efficiently by disposing of trash, restocking supplies, and ensuring all cleaning equipment is properly maintained.
• Follow established safety protocols and procedures while using cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe work environment.
• Assist with laundry services by washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily cleaning goals while maintaining a positive attitude that promotes teamwork.

Experience

• Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly preferred; familiarity with hospitality standards is a plus.
• Experience with industrial cleaning techniques or janitorial work demonstrates strong attention to detail and efficiency.
• Knowledge of floor care methods including carpet extraction, polishing, and waxing enhances your ability to maintain various surfaces effectively.
• Previous supervisory or housekeeping management experience is advantageous for those interested in leadership opportunities.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
