Hotel Housekeeper

Holiday Inn Express is seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our hospitality team as Hotel Housekeepers. In this essential role, you will help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests by maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel. We are looking for team members who take pride in their work, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and are committed to delivering excellent guest experiences.

Weekend availability is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, and replenishing amenities.
• Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as hallways, lobby spaces, restrooms, elevators, and breakfast areas.
• Perform floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning as needed.
• Properly use cleaning chemicals, equipment, and supplies while following hotel safety procedures.
• Report maintenance concerns, damages, or safety hazards promptly to management.
• Remove trash and handle waste disposal according to hotel standards.
• Assist with laundry and housekeeping support tasks when necessary.
• Work efficiently with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are cleaned and ready for guest arrivals.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, custodial, or hotel cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and sanitation standards.
• Ability to safely operate housekeeping equipment and cleaning tools.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent reliability, professionalism, and customer service attitude.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
