What You’ll Do

• Keep guest rooms spotless, comfortable, and welcoming, following brand and company cleanliness standards.
• Perform detailed cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping, sweeping, and sanitizing all surfaces.
• Move small furniture to clean underneath and behind no dust bunny left behind!
• Replenish amenities like soaps, towels, and paper products to keep rooms fully stocked.
• Support laundry operations as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items promptly.
• Collect and dispose of trash and debris properly.
• Ensure all assigned rooms meet cleanliness metrics and quality checks.
• Participate in team meetings, sharing ideas to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Contribute to a positive, supportive team environment because teamwork makes everything better.

What You Bring

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred (hotel experience a plus!)
• A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in your work
• Friendly, positive attitude and great customer service skills
• Ability to understand cleaning product labels and follow safety instructions
• Willingness to work weekends or overtime when needed
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs, and handle repetitive tasks like bending or reaching
• High school diploma or GED preferred
