Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, floors, and furniture, ensuring high standards of hygiene are met.
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, and restrooms to promote a welcoming environment.
- Restock supplies like towels, toiletries, and linens to ensure guest needs are consistently met.
- Perform floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Follow established cleaning procedures using appropriate equipment and products.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times while maintaining a positive attitude that reflects our hospitality standards.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in hotel housekeeping is desirable but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently during scheduled shifts.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that involve standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment throughout the shift.
