Hotel Housekeeper (Part-time) / Personal de Limpieza (medio-tiempo)

Job Overview

It pays $16/hr and we are looking for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 9am-5pm.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to meet high standards of hygiene.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and dining spaces to ensure a pristine environment.
• Handle floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, polishing, and carpet cleaning to preserve the appearance and safety of all flooring types.
• Restock supplies like toiletries, linens, towels, and amenities to ensure guest comfort at all times.
• Follow established protocols for waste disposal and chemical handling to promote health and safety standards.
• Conduct routine inspections of assigned areas to identify maintenance needs or cleanliness issues promptly.
• Collaborate with housekeeping management to prioritize tasks and maintain efficient workflow throughout shifts.

Experience

• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly preferred; familiarity with hospitality standards is a plus.
• Demonstrated skills in cleaning, floor care, and janitorial practices across various environments including industrial or commercial settings.
• Knowledge of hotel operations or hospitality industry practices enhances your ability to deliver exceptional service.
• Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies ensures thoroughness in maintaining large or complex spaces.
• Strong attention to detail combined with excellent time management skills allows for efficient completion of daily duties.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

Buscamos una persona diligente y orientada al detalle para unirse a nuestro equipo como Camarera de Habitaciones (Housekeeper). Como parte fundamental de nuestro equipo de limpieza, serás responsable de garantizar que las habitaciones de nuestros huéspedes estén impecables, cómodas y acogedoras. Tu trabajo es esencial para ofrecer una experiencia memorable a nuestros clientes durante su estancia.

Responsabilidades Principales:

• Limpiar y desinfectar minuciosamente las habitaciones, baños y áreas comunes asignadas, cumpliendo con los más altos estándares de higiene del hotel.
• Cambiar la ropa de cama y hacer las camas según los procedimientos establecidos.
• Reponer artículos de tocador, toallas, sábanas y otros suministros en las habitaciones.
• Aspirar alfombras, barrer y fregar suelos, y limpiar el polvo de todas las superficies.
• Reportar cualquier avería, daño o necesidad de mantenimiento a la supervisión.
• Entregar objetos perdidos (lost & found) en la recepción.

Requisitos:

• Experiencia previa en limpieza (preferiblemente en hoteles).
• Atención al detalle y alta capacidad de organización.
• Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y mantener una actitud positiva.
• Capacidad física para estar de pie, caminar, agacharse y moverse con frecuencia.
• Responsabilidad, puntualidad y honestidad.

Ofrecemos:

• $16/hr
• 24 horas: Viernes, Sabado, y Domingo 9:00-17:00

Pay: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour
