Hotel Housekeeping Attendant

We are looking for friendly, motivated employees who take pride in their work. Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required.

• Clean & service guest rooms or areas as assigned according to established standards & procedures including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning & sanitizing bathrooms, removing trash, refrigerators, coffee makers, microwaves, etc.
• Able to lift, push, pull and carry a minimum weight of approximately 25 lbs.
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• Able to kneel, bend, and crawl
• Able to squat and crouch
• Able to work in confined spaces
• Able to tolerate exposure to dust and cleaning chemicals.
• Must follow all State & Local ordinances which include wearing a mask at all times while at work, following CDC sanitizing guidelines & social distancing.
• Adhere to company safety policies to create a safe work environment for everyone.
• Handle & store chemicals in line with hotel regulations & any local legislative requirements
• Greet & acknowledge guests
• Notify supervisor when service is complete so rooms may be sold or occupied. Report any room unable to be serviced to supervisor according to established procedures
• Report to supervisor needed repairs or unsafe conditions
• Follow established safety procedures at all times. Immediately report any health and safety incidents, security breaches, concerns or suspicious behavior to the supervisor or manager on duty
• Monitor & control supplies and amenities, and minimize waste within all areas of housekeeping
• Report, turn in, and/or log all lost and found items according to hotel procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour
