Hotel Houseperson

Delamar Mystic- Stunning waterfront luxury boutique hotel with views of the Mystic River is looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Houseperson to clean rooms and/or lobby daily with an intuitive service-minded philosophy and to the highest standards of cleanliness.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Cleaning hotel rooms daily and preparing rooms for guest check-in.
• Bring your own special charm, warmth, and genuine customer service.
• Provide superior guest service and respond quickly to the needs of our guests.
• Become part of a close working team of proud professionals.
• Must love customer service and find satisfaction in serving others.
• Remove dirty room linens from the guest rooms that are to be put away and never left in the corridors.
• Replace all guest room supplies and stationery to the required standard.
• Restock linen in each room to the required standard.

Qualifications:

• Requires candidates to remain on their feet for extended periods of time.
• Previous experience working in Housekeeping and Hospitality is preferred.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required.

The candidate should be able to work AM & PM shifts, weekends, and occasional holidays.
